Ben Hayes has 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and has worked with Oasis LMF since 2015, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Palm Tree since 2018. Ben has both a BA and Masters in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and prior to Oasis he worked at Lloyd's of London, Xchanging and Global Aerospace.
