Late Peter Taylor was the Director at Oasis Loss Modelling Framework for over 3 years. In his career, he had spent over 25 years working in the Lloyd's insurance market where he managed IT and loss modelling departments. He previously worked as a research fellow at Oxford Martin School at the University of Oxford, researching into risk and catastrophes and bioscience, and was previously Deputy Chairman and a co-founder of Lighthill Risk Network. He gained a DPhil at Magdalen College, Oxford in Quantum Theory.
