Rick Welsh established London's first dedicated cyber practice at ACE Global Markets in 2000 which was the precursor to ACE's Global practice and has since established the cyber practices at Aspen and ANV. Latterly, Rick established the Cyber practice at AEGIS, a leading mutual insurance company that represents virtually the entire energy infrastructure in North America. As part of his work at AEGIS, he co-authored the Cybersecurity Report for the Energy and Utility Industry, a synopsis and Analysis of OT/ICS Cybersecurity and Implications for Cyber Insurance.
